VXI: Technical Call Center Representative




Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Answers inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
  • Must be willing to work in LANANG, DAVAO.

Requirements:

  • Must have finished at least 2nd year college.
  • Solid comprehension and active listening skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications.
