Workforce Specialist to start ASAP (Pioneer Account- Davao)

Responsibilities: 

• To manage real time service levels and work in partnership with operational management in order to deliver a high level of customer service for customers and clients.
• Tracking system and process down time across market and report back monthly on trends to senior management with a view to drive down lost time.
• Real Time Analysis on a daily basis to ensure employee schedule adherence and management and tracking.
• Accurately collate all core and non-core activities on a real-time basis to ensure up to date intra-day forecasts and accuracy in shrinkage calculations which aid local MIS.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, Advanced IT Skills
• Strong working knowledge of management reporting tools and processes within the contact centre industry
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify trends in service level performance.
• Must possess a high level of integrity.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work to tight timelines.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lanang,Davao City.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
