Responsibilities:
Make Outbound calls to retrieve data
Call medical offices to retrieve patients' information on behalf of the insurance company
Requirements:
Must be excellent in oral and written Communication skills (either English or Spanish)
Must have 1-2 years working experience in a BPO company
Willing to work in graveyard shift
Willing to work in Davao City
